- 1/2 – 1 cup hulled hemp seeds (adjust to change the thickness of your hemp milk)
- 3-4 cups of water
- A high powered blender
- Maple syrup, honey, cocoa, vanilla extract – This is optional, but you can add varying amounts of each depending on how sweet you like your hemp milk
- Strainer/cheesecloth (optional)
- Combine your hemp seeds, water, and additional ingredients (maple syrup, honey, etc.) in your high powered blender.
- Blend on high speed for approximately 1 minute or until the milk has reached the desired consistency.
- Grab a spoon to taste, and adjust accordingly. Additionally, if you would prefer to have smoother hemp milk, you can use a strainer or cheesecloth to remove any bits of hemp seed that hasn’t been blended.
- Transfer your freshly made hemp milk to a secure container and refrigerate.
